“It was a bad experience. I'll never stay there again”

I barely even glanced at it; the location was okay, but I hated the room—there was a bad odor, and I think the rooms need a remodel.

Nothing good to say. The staff was absent at check‑in and it took 30 minutes to find anyone working; the accommodations were awful and they kept the damage deposit without returning it.

The property feels quite spacious and the room was cleaned well, although the furniture showed a bit of wear and the common areas weren’t cleaned as thoroughly. Even though it’s a non‑smoking hotel, I saw people smoking marijuana, which was terrible. The price‑to‑service ratio seemed fair and the staff were very friendly.

The staff were friendly, but the room needs an update and more people to keep it clean.
