The view from the garden is nice, but the hotel is almost an hour away from Rome and can’t be reached without a rental car; a taxi from Rome’s center would likely cost more than 100 €. The first time I’ve stayed in a room where the WC and bathroom are designed for disabled people, the toilet seat was very high and the shower area had a mounted disabled seat covered with germs and a yellowish cover—an unhygienic situation that could spread bacteria. The shower uses a plastic water protector instead of a crystal, which sticks to your body and feels dirty. Assigning a disabled room to a non‑disabled guest is unacceptable. I can’t understand how this place, which feels more like a motel than a hotel, is rated 4 stars—it doesn’t deserve even one star.
