“Great , good value for money”

Lovely, excellent staff and service. The distance between rooms and the conference area, and the upkeep of the conference area, are issues.

Unfortunately, this hotel didn't meet my expectations. The facilities were not up to par, and when I compared the rate to other hotels of similar standards, I felt that it was overpriced. It's a shame, as I was looking forward to a comfortable stay, but it seems like this hotel needs to work on improving its services.

“Great service, but some room for improvement”

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel, thanks to the exceptional service provided by the staff. They were incredibly welcoming and went out of their way to assist me when I requested a room change. The overall atmosphere of the hotel was excellent, with well-maintained spaces and a comfortable ambiance. However, there were a few issues that stood out, including a small initial room allocation and the absence of washroom slippers, which was disappointing given the premium price.

“Bad Experience. Had to change”

I recently stayed at this hotel, but unfortunately, the internet speed was so slow that I couldn't get any work done during my stay. Despite this, the hotel's overall atmosphere and amenities were quite pleasant. The staff were friendly and welcoming, which made up for the slow internet to some extent.
