The service was good, everything was clean, and the facilities were excellent. They charge for boat transport from the port to the hotel and back, and that should be mentioned in the listing. The breakfast was not as described.

The owner is dishonest. I messaged him on WhatsApp to ask about heating and directions; he quoted triple the price listed on Booking. I booked through Booking, but he told me to cancel because he was overbooked. I refused to cancel because it wasn’t free for me. No address was given because the hotel is on a floating island. We asked him for directions, but he didn’t reply for a whole day, leaving us stranded in a city with no accommodation. In the end we had to book a more expensive hotel to be safe. The booking was cancelled after contacting Booking. Warn others that this can happen when reserving this hotel, as it caused problems and extra costs.
