It was close to restaurants, offered a view of San Felipe Castle, felt very cozy, and we loved it.

The bed was only semi‑comfortable and the air conditioning was weak; the facilities were in bad shape, there were cockroaches on the floor, a curtain was hung on a tiny nail that fell when touched, the door had no knob but a nail, there was no water, the power went out for the whole sector all night, and when I requested a refund for those conditions, the management never responded, so I had to leave without my money and find another hotel at 12 am.

The host was excellent, the place was comfortable, pleasant, and close to the sea.

I had notified that I needed to check in at 3 am, but never received a reply. I approached the hotel, the manager came out, we indicated the name on the reservation and were told that at that hour no one was allowed to enter. So we had to leave because they would not allow us in.
