The rooms were clean. I had booked 120 € including breakfast, but on arrival an extra 2 € per person for the tourist tax was added from 01.09., and an additional 5 € for a coffee, for which I received no reasonable explanation.

“Heerlijk genoten in een perfect hotel”

The place looked absolutely stunning right from the start, with a lovely wife‑run breakfast and a family‑size room that was beautifully decorated and opened onto a nice terrace; stepping outside you find countless charming cafés serving good food and shops right on the doorstep, and nothing at all detracted from the experience.

The staff were always quick and friendly, and there was a secure bike storage available at no extra cost; the property and its surroundings were spotless, the breakfast room felt cozy and welcoming, and the accommodation’s central spot made it easy to find various good restaurants nearby, with the breakfast offering a fair price‑for‑value. The only downside is that the hotel sits in a pedestrian zone, so the nighttime ambient noise in the area is beyond the hotel’s control and may vary each night.
