Fide Guest House Mthatha

“A Complete Waste Of Money.”

Everything was terrible. It felt like a brothel. The sheets were filthy, no sheets on the bed. When we left in the morning, the staff told us to leave the keys because they planned to use the room that day. I wasted my money. The place looked nothing like the photos online. The whole spot was dirty. No human should stay in such conditions.

“Awful and will never recommend the place.”

The accommodation is in a good spot. The condition of the place surprised us. The guards’ service was poor. The scariest thing happened when someone tried to open the door while we were sleeping until my husband shouted. The blankets were dirty and we mentioned that to the guards when we left.

“Nothing bad about facility but you can not stay there more than a day”

The room is spacious, but there was no kettle for tea, no fridge or microwave, and the television was broken.

“It’s was so bad!!”

The infrastructure is just poor. The room only has one functioning light, the curtains and bedding are dirty, and the notices about condom disposal give off a brothel vibe. There’s room for improvement.

It’s close to the main road, but it wasn’t clean and the staff played music loudly in the morning while we were still asleep.
