“Good hotel for the money you pay”

The hotel’s spot was very good, the staff were friendly and helpful, but throughout our six‑day stay the towels never got changed even though the policy said they would be swapped every three days.

“Terribile, non vale il prezzo pagato”

The rooms were old and dirty, the shower was missing a door and the remaining one was full of dangerous glass, and there were grime deposits everywhere; the common areas were structurally shaky. The only bright spot was the courteous staff and the location, but the rest of the experience was unforgettable for all the wrong reasons.

The hotel’s location is superb – the beach is just about 100 m away. The food was adequate and varied, and considering it was already the end of the season everything was really good. The staff were very friendly, polite and helpful, especially Meryem who speaks both Italian and English, making communication a lot easier. They were also very understanding and accommodating. Check‑in was scheduled to start at 14:00, but I was allowed to check in earlier, which I greatly appreciated. The room’s air‑conditioning worked perfectly, and the room was cleaned daily, with fresh towels and bed linens. All in all, I had a very pleasant stay and would gladly recommend the hotel.
