“Don’t recommend”

Nothing positive. The place smelled, it was under construction during my stay and should have been closed, there was zero privacy, only one bathroom which was smelly, and dubious older men lived there—definitely one of the worst hostels I’ve seen.

I liked the low price, everything else matched it. The individual, curtain‑closed, two‑story bunk beds should be fully closed to block outside light; they only cover part of it, so you wake up early, especially in summer, and the light from other occupants sometimes interferes.

I had nothing to like, especially when they told me at the last minute to cancel my reservation. The staff were rude and incompetent, refusing to address their own problems, and I received a last‑minute notice that they wouldn’t accept my booking.

The place was well situated with nice people and even an egg cooker, but the neighborhood was grumpy and a strange woman from nearby houses kept staring at me and wondering what I was doing there.
