The location is great and there’s a nice café nearby, but the room windows don’t open, so you’re forced to rely on the AC or the room becomes stuffy.

The location is fantastic, and having a coffee shop and Veracruz Tacos inside the hotel is a bonus. The swimming pool is fun, and being close to the bat bridge is a cool novelty. The rooms could be more sound‑proof; we could hear people in neighboring rooms and the pool music played from 7 am to 10 pm in our room.
