“Ótimo lugar”
The facilities are very good, we couldn't see the cinema but the Kids area is quite large, although the videogames had broken controllers; the room is very comfortable and offers great value. The pools could be warmer, and dinner could improve with less simple dishes.
“Excelente servicio y personal muy amable, desayuno y bar muy rico, excelente higiene y sala de juegos para niños muy com”
The breakfast is varied and tasty, the hygiene is excellent, and every staff member is notably friendly. However, on some days the pool area feels chilly and the air conditioning is noisy at night even when it's not on.
The outdoor pool is under maintenance and the notice came two days before the stay. The sales staff at the hotel entrance use an invasive and uncomfortable approach. The room lacked shampoo; the bottle was large and clearly had been used. At night we heard a lot of machinery noise. The hair dryer only works at the lowest power. Breakfast replenishment was slow.
The hotel itself is good, but we got a lot of rain so I can't comment on the common area; the room is fine, yet the bathroom drain smells terribly like sewage. The hair dryer was malfunctioning, working a little and then shutting off.
“Valeu muito.”
Everything is wonderful, the recreation girls and the climbing guy are amazing! The hotel is very child‑focused and the staff are polite. It is very comfortable.
