I arrived at the place and was told there was no reservation, that they hadn’t partnered with you for over a year, and that if I wanted, they would give me a tent to stay at the lodge because there was no room available, even though I had booked five days in advance and paid via Pix. I did everything correctly. I arrived at 15:00 and stayed five hours until the owner appeared and sent me to another lodge in the area. (Same text repeated as negative.)

“Confuso, mas bom”

The day‑use area only offers activities like zip‑lining, horseback riding, and a waterfall pool, while the lodging itself has a pool with an integrated sauna and a great breakfast. The reception was disorganized, they don’t work with booking, and the waterfall pool wasn’t clean. The lodging is far from the day‑use spot, and the pillows were the only complaint.

Lugar lindo,pessoas muito educadas!. Ainda estão se adaptando relação às hospedagens, mas nada que não de pra resolver!

Absolutamente nada. Tudo muito enganoso. Me senti lesada e enganada pelas fotos. O lugar é horrível, as acomodações são impressionantemente ruins e de má qualidade, a cama é um desastre, sem colchão. Uma cama dura e não pode nem sentar nela que parece que vai quebrar. Tudo muito enganoso. Fui lesada
