Bed bugs, and the staff were unhelpful.
“Avoid this place - bed bugs, broken water and scam”
The woman at the front desk was helpful and tried hard to resolve the unpleasant broken freshwater system. If the place were better maintained, it could be lovely in a nice location, but that’s not the case, so I strongly advise against booking. There is no freshwater supply, bed bugs, and you won’t get a refund if you cancel. When we arrived, the water was broken and there was no fresh water at all in the hotel. The staff promised to provide freshwater, but that never happened, even after repeated requests. The woman tried to get water from neighbors, but it was clear they were annoyed and this had happened before. The overall place was also not clean. In the end, we cancelled the night and had to walk in the dark to Krasna Lipa. We were promised a refund, but three weeks later we still haven’t received anything. We were bitten by insects, and after reading reviews about a bed‑bug outbreak, we were relieved we didn’t stay. I’m sorry for the woman at the front desk; she seems to be alone with all the tasks of maintaining the place and running the kitchen. The place appears to be trying to make money even though the facilities are no longer working.

The manager was attentive, but the room 1 had bed bugs; as soon as the lights went out, they started crawling out of the mattress seams, so we packed up and slept in the car. I’m not recommending it and will request a refund; the owner unfortunately doesn’t answer the phone.
