What struck me most during my stay was undoubtedly the kindness and willingness of every staff member. From the reception to the restaurant, and the housekeeping, everyone was smiling, courteous, and ready to meet any need. They were also always happy to give useful tips on what to do and how to get around Kathmandu, making me feel truly welcome and comfortable. That level of customer care made the stay even more enjoyable. Having eaten every day for lunch and dinner at the hotel’s restaurant, a wider menu would have been the cherry on top, but overall the food was very good.

“Though the facility is not centrally located or not posh, the facility upkeep and the staff make up.”

The breakfast selection was narrow, yet the food quality was solid, and the staff were polite and friendly.

The place was clean and tidy, and it kept the noise from the streets at bay, but as a returning guest I got no special treatment and was told to book online for better rates.
