“Noche en Siberia”

The views were good and the rooms were quite nice and comfortable. We were moved to another room because the TV wasn’t working, and even in the new room the heating didn’t work. I must say a receptionist was very kind in offering us an upgrade and a late checkout. Basic equipment such as heating and the lack of a phone to call reception from the rooms were missing.

The place was quiet and the sea view was great, plus the staff were amazing! The beds were huge and super comfy, and the bathroom and everything else was perfect. Nothing could be improved.

The location was excellent. I didn’t like the staff; I had booked two nights and when I arrived the room was on the first floor with an unfinished bathroom, so I told the front‑desk lady and she said I’d have to pay more if I wanted it, which was a surprise because I had already paid for the room.
