“Excellent service and hospitality.”

I can’t recommend this place enough. The overall experience was EXCELLENT! The highlight was undoubtedly the incredible hospitality and service from the owners, who went above and beyond to make us feel safe, welcome, and comfortable. They genuinely cared about our stay and wanted us to enjoy every moment. Their kindness and attentiveness made our visit truly special, and I would gladly recommend it to anyone. Room: The room was exceptionally clean and well‑maintained, with plenty of towels, which was a great bonus. One of the biggest highlights was the soundproofing. Naples can be an incredibly noisy city, with constant traffic and honking that can easily disturb your sleep, but this was never an issue here; the room was well‑insulated from outside noise, allowing us to sleep comfortably and peacefully throughout our stay. Staff: Carmine and Jessica were absolutely fantastic! Their communication was excellent, and they made us feel incredibly welcome from the moment we arrived. They provided plenty of helpful recommendations on places to visit and restaurants to try, which really enhanced our stay. They also kindly allowed us to leave our bags in the lobby on our last day and ensured we could retrieve them later. Their genuine kindness, attentiveness, and willingness to go above and beyond made a real difference to our experience. We couldn’t have asked for better hosts! Location: super convenient, 10 minute walk from the metro, 20 minute walk from the historic center, 25 minute walk from the Spanish quarters. The location always felt safe, with no issues or worrying encounters. Breakfast: Breakfast was such a nice bonus to have. They also gave us vouchers for a very famous pastry place in Naples. N/A

Carmine was very attentive to our needs, even letting us store our luggage in the B&B on the last day, and he was extremely accommodating when we asked to change the breakfast bar. We also appreciated the excellent restaurant recommendations. Overall, a great experience, and we’ll definitely consider staying again or recommending it to friends and family. The only downside was the traffic under the house; with windows closed you hear nothing, but open them and the noise comes in.

Everything was very clean, the facilities are new, even though the building’s exterior looks otherwise. The location is central and the owner is charming and helpful, offering to find a taxi for us when we arrived in the middle of the night and even coming to open the door. They gifted us breakfast at nearby cafés. Mille grazie 🫶🏻

“Surprise by the comfort and cleanliness after entering the old building.”

Location is great, breakfast was provided with plastic cards for 2 cafes , breakfast includes 1 pastry and coffee, cleaning was every 2 days, owner was communicating via Google translate but was very tentative and helpful. I prefer varieties for breakfast,but the sweet pastry and coffee was also not so bad

The staff were very friendly, the room was clean and well-equipped, the bathroom was great. Breakfast came as a voucher for a nearby café, just a croissant and coffee.
