The lobby was spacious and modern, and the room furnishings were also well chosen, yet the breakfast cost EUR 25, which I feel is a bit steep and doesn’t offer any significant difference in quality or selection compared to competitors, so I’m pointing that out.

Everything was super clean, the staff super friendly, and the facilities super well equipped.

The staff and location were really nice, the rooms were neat and clean, but only single quilts were provided in a double room, which made the night quite uncomfortable.

The staff were very friendly, the room matched the pictures and was spotless, and everything is within a 20‑minute walk (Landungsbrücken, etc.). The downside was the noise from the main street in front of the hotel.

Das Frühstück war super. Service war top. Zimmer nett gestaltet. Kostenlose Minibar. Uns insgesamt zu groß, wussten wir aber vorher und ist jetzt sehr kritisch. Preis-Leistungsverhältnis darf gerne ein bissl besser werden, insbesondere beim Parken. Aber auch da ist für Hamburg wahrscheinlich der Preis ok. Einziger wirklicher Kritikpunkt ist die Lüftung im WC. Die ist leider nicht vorhanden
