The service quality and the welcome were excellent, though the spa prices were a bit steep.

The resort, the pool, the lakeside location, the breakfast were great and plentiful, and the variety of food was also good and diverse; however, the bathroom was a little too small and there was no handhold in the shower, making it a bit difficult for someone with mobility issues.
