The hotel was close to the company. The washlet had low water pressure.

Staff was very helpful. Our reservation was wrong, not sure why/how and the staff quickly and easily corrected the situation, even with our very late arrival

The amenities were abundant! The bed was hard for me on the day I had back pain, and the AC fan adjustment didn’t work.
