“Prix exorbitant pour des prestations de résidence universitaire!”

Location. I was very disappointed with our stay. Despite an impressive building, the services are far below the price. Check‑in was impersonal via computer, the room was very basic with minimal equipment, and breakfast was ordinary. The place feels more like a university residence than a real hotel. The vibe is clearly aimed at a young crowd and doesn’t suit people over 40 who want calm and comfort. The music and noise until midnight made the nights especially unpleasant. For 1000 € for three nights, it’s simply unacceptable! The value for money is catastrophic. We really felt we paid for a high‑end hotel and got a student residence. We absolutely do not recommend this establishment at that rate.

Great hotel! Modern, youthful, a rooftop pool, and bars and restaurants open at night. It’s only a 15‑minute walk from the center, and there’s a huge parking lot. 👍

The hotel was the best we could find in Florence; it was very comfortable, in excellent condition, with very friendly staff and excellent food. Nothing to complain about.
