Hotel O Rivanta

“there were no rooms available at that hotel when we reached there...there was online booking fault”

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel, and I must say it exceeded my expectations in every way. From the moment I arrived, I was treated with exceptional service and hospitality. The staff were friendly, helpful, and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great place to stay.

Unfortunately, my stay at this hotel was a bit of a letdown. When I reactivated my booking, I was expecting a smooth and hassle-free check-in process, but it didn't quite go as planned. The hotel staff seemed overwhelmed and unprepared to handle my situation, which left me feeling frustrated and disappointed. Overall, I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a stress-free stay.

“Don’t use”

I was initially concerned when I was told that I wouldn't be getting the room I had booked, but I was pleasantly surprised by the hotel's willingness to work with me to find a solution. Although I didn't end up staying at the hotel, I appreciated their honesty and transparency. I would advise others to double-check their bookings and communicate closely with the hotel's partners to avoid any issues. Despite the initial hiccup, I would consider staying here in the future.
