The location was good, but the room was too small.
This is one of the best hotels in Hanoi; they’re currently renovating, and the hotel is close to services and halal restaurants, just a minute from an Indian restaurant that’s among the best halal spots in the city. The staff are always smiling and eager to help you. If I ever return to Hanoi, I’ll stay at this hotel again. The only downside is the breakfast isn’t very varied, so if you book without breakfast, that’s better.

The location in Old Town is great, and the staff are friendly and helpful. We received an upgrade to the family room, which is a beautiful, spacious room.

As a solo female traveler, safety matters a lot to me, and this small hotel is perfect for a few days’ stay. The location can’t be beaten, and even though it’s in the old quarter, it’s very quiet. Everyone from reception to maintenance to the breakfast staff was friendly and genuinely helpful, making sure you enjoy your visit. It’s a budget hotel, so don’t expect everything, but for the price it’s unbeatable. The only drawback was that my room had no proper window, so it was dark all the time; other rooms do have windows, so you can request one if that’s important.
