Breakfast offered a huge selection and was genuinely tasty, and the hotel is right where I needed to be for my plans. I can’t think of any downsides to mention.

The hotel sits way out of town, so getting around was a hassle. Breakfast times were rigid and the staff didn’t really go out of their way to help, which was frustrating especially with the language gap.

Stayed in Haikou and this hotel made it easy to get around. The staff were always ready to help with any hiccups we ran into.

Free breakfast was okay, the staff were attentive, and the room felt like a solid deal for the price. The only gripe is that the spot isn’t exactly central, though it’s not terrible either.

The room could use a deep clean—old carpet and a dirty bathroom floor were obvious. On the bright side, the hotel sits in a safe area and the lobby looks nice.
