The hotel is beautiful and the staff are helpful and cooperative; among the reception team, especially the colleague named Mahfouz, the most pleasant person you’ll meet, he makes you feel at home, and the entire team is honest, helpful, and the security is good. Mahfouz is one of the best receptionists; I wish him all the best. There’s nothing to complain about; everything is great.

Amazing, but the pool doesn’t have appropriate clothes for kids to see.

The reception was fast and the check‑in process was quick; the rooms were clean and the service excellent, but the hotel shares parking with the mall, causing car congestion.
