“Overall the stay was not satisfactory as compared to the price charged.”

The hotel’s location was fine, and the room size was good. The breakfast was below average quality, with very limited options that didn’t match the price of the room, and the taste wasn’t that good. The bathroom roof had a fungus‑like thing on the corners.

I found the hotel's atmosphere to be quite pleasant, but overall, everything was just okay. The vibe was nice, but I didn't have a particularly memorable stay.

My stay had its ups and downs. I appreciated the decent breakfast and the great view, plus the bar staff were very competent. However, I was double charged, and the pool was dirty. My coffee and shower were cold, my room was noisy, and I was even bothered by cigarette smoke at 1 am. To top it off, the staff at checkout weren't very helpful, and my room didn't have the sofa bed that was advertised.

“The hotel fell woefully short on value. The quality of food was ordinary and it seemed quite ordinary”

The hotel's location was a definite plus, but that's about where the positives ended. My suite of two rooms was dated and lacked central heating, with only one heater that couldn't adequately warm the space. The decor was archaic, and the verandah was more like a jail cell than a relaxing spot to unwind.

“Acceptable property at convenient location with great staff”

I was pleased with the hotel's suitability and location, and the staff truly made my stay special - they were terrific and went above and beyond to accommodate my requests. However, I felt the price was quite high, especially considering the amenities available. I was also disappointed to find that my family room didn't have a balcony or a good view, which was a major factor in my decision to book.
