“Disappointed”
The place felt off, the vibe was off, the noise was loud, it wasn’t clean, and I had to swap rooms several times; the photos on the site were misleading, they claimed a pool but the staff told me it wasn’t available, no daily cleaning happened, the staff were kind but the management and overall experience were the worst I’ve had.
It was okay and the price was good, but the music on floor six was loud and I couldn’t sleep; I don’t recommend it for families who need quiet.
“للاسف دم على السرير”
The staff were generous and quick to change my room, but there was blood on the bed and cockroaches in the bathroom.
I asked for a smoking room, they let me smoke, but then said it was forbidden and threatened a fine.
“سيئ”
Nothing good, it’s annoying, uncomfortable, has a door to another room, and no soundproofing.
