The owners and Nadia, who runs the breakfasts, were super friendly and helpful, the B&B was well kept and tidy, the location was quiet, and the breakfast was good.

New building. Great location with a nice sea view. Breakfast was good, the staff were extremely cordial and kind. Rooms were clean and spacious. No elevator.

“Ottima sistemazione, pulita e comoda”

Excellent spot to reach both the beach and the village of Roseto Capo Spulico, but you need a car. The stairs inside the property are a bit steep, but nothing impossible. The staff were courteous, the breakfast was good, the rooms were clean, the bed comfortable and the bathroom functional. Everything was perfect.
