The price‑to‑value is good, but it’s probably only suitable for one or two nights. The room matches its price: basic, a bit dated, yet clean, comfortable, and quiet.

The room is spacious and there’s a simple gym. It’s old.

It feels like the price is right, but when you factor in the taxi cost to/from the centre and the time spent, you’re essentially paying double. The hotel is very old and half‑empty. None of the promised kettle, balcony, or terrace were present. I had to beg for a kettle (they brought it), the balcony was only 0.5 m² occupied by an air‑conditioner and fenced off. There is no terrace at all.

The accommodation served as a last‑minute option for New Year’s Eve and was adequate for that. The hotel is far outside the city centre and near Don Mueng Airport – don’t trust the BKK Survanhabumi Airport. For a few extra euros you could get a room close to the city centre, which makes reaching various sights easier.
