The staff was very helpful and supported us whenever we called. The rooms were spacious and clean. Unfortunately, there is no electricity, and the property is listed as being on Masirah but it is not on the island, which causes confusion for guests who book thinking it is on Masirah Island.

The location between Al Ashkharah and Masirah Island is great; the room is clean, the bathroom is excellent, and the dining area is large. It’s very close to a beach—slightly rocky but nice to walk a short distance to reach a sandy beach. Many thanks to the housekeeper who was very helpful and attended to all our needs (finding food, providing a fan, and electricity to charge our phone, etc.).

The location and view are good, and the wi‑fi works well. The only downside was the warm water.
