The breakfast buffet was cramped and hard to navigate; the fruit selection was often empty and, due to the tight space, it wasn’t refilled often. The bread selection was very limited. An extra fried egg cost 5€, which should be included in the room rate.

The property was spacious and the pool areas were good, but Kübra at reception was one of the rudest people we have ever met! She greeted us with an angry snort at check‑in and made every small request we had into a major ordeal. On two occasions she needed to be interrupted by other staff because her attitude and point of view were unreasonable. Our room, though clean, was extremely dated and poorly maintained: the shower door wouldn’t close because the silicone trim was worn off, the grout was mouldy, and three lights in the room were broken, making the lighting very poor. We paid almost £900 for a few nights and it wasn’t worth it at all. Breakfast was chaotic, set out in a narrow corridor where people, including staff, were pushing past you and shoving you aside. We were also double‑charged for the only drinks we bought on site at checkout, surprise surprise by Kübra, and when we explained we didn’t have these she huffed, puffed, and threw her arms around. The property is a 40‑minute walk from Desenzano and the buses are extremely unreliable, stopping at 8 pm.
