We had a great stay at Pyramid Lodge. The rooms are spacious and clean, the staff is very friendly and helpful. Delicious breakfast every morning at 9 am on the last floor with a great view, and dinner at 9 pm every evening. Calm neighbourhood. Thank you Hussain for your warm welcome and help!
I really liked the room, the rates, and the cleanliness—the hotel is new and well‑maintained. What I didn’t like is that hot water is only available at 7 am, and the electricity keeps going on and off, which cuts the internet. The good thing is that they have a UPS and a generator, but they turn it off late at night.
I was blown away by the service and the rooms were spotless and brand‑new, with a stunning bathroom. The real highlight was the personal care from Senior Manager Hosayn, who was always reachable, answered every question, and arranged my entire northern Pakistan itinerary. I wish the hotel and Hosayn continued success, and if I ever return to the area I’ll book at PYRAMID LODGE again. Highly recommended!
“Very good deal but definitely not for the autumn or winter time!”
The owner helped us find a better place because of the heating issue and drove us there. Because of this I can’t give the place a good score. We had an unfortunate experience with this place during the season. This accommodation does NOT offer heating as described. Maybe people from colder countries can manage, but sleeping with indoor temperatures below 5 °C was unimaginable for us. I say below 5 °C but I’m pretty sure the room was 0 °C or even less. Outdoor temperatures in Skardu in the evening drop to –7 °C in November, so sleeping with no heating was almost a threat. The alternative was a gas heater for a couple of hours, which was even more dangerous. We had to switch to another hotel right away. I can’t recommend this place for the cold months.

The building feels brand new, impeccably clean, and the rooms are very comfortable. It offers great value for money and its location outside Skardu’s hustle makes it much quieter and more peaceful. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful, and they can arrange trips around the Skardu region for you. Nothing to complain about.
