“War insgesamt in Schulnoten ein befriedigend. Nicht ganz schlimm aber auch nicht gut. Kein 2. mal”
The rooms are okay but very old; in the suite there’s a huge sofa with only a small pillow and a tiny old TV on the wall. The bedroom has very comfortable beds and is clean. The food was at best ordinary, nothing special, and the breakfast selection was modest. Many items simply weren’t restocked when they ran out, such as the daily smoothie or eggs. When a staff member came to check, she only mixed a few things without refilling missing food or drinks. Charging 3.70 for a 0.2‑liter elderberry juice is clearly too much (tap water with a few drops of syrup). Overall the price‑performance ratio isn’t justified. In the suite there was no TV in the bedroom, which is inexplicable because it wouldn’t cost much. Oddly, the reception recommends photographing the Wi‑Fi password and meal times from a sheet; normally that’s in the room. The spare‑froh seems to be the real issue. Having stayed in four other 4‑star hotels in Längenfeld, I must say this was the worst; you pay most for the view.
