“The hotel was very clean and the staff are friendly.”

It was good except for the cheese in the scrambled eggs. I’m allergic to cheese. I was given boiled eggs on request. Provide boiled eggs for those who may not want scrambled eggs.

The room was exceptional because I got an upgrade. This room was perfect for my business. The room was exceptional. It was perfectly suited to my stay. The desk suited me for continuing to work. Everything was perfect at my level.

“Great, accommodating and welcoming staff”

Breakfast was excellent and very tasty, and there was a local Jamaican option daily which was great. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The table was not cleared after finishing a meal; for example, if I had fruit before my main breakfast, the fruit plate stayed while I ate the main portion.

Breakfast was excellent, location superb. The hotel staff is exceptional. I always feel right at home – I have stayed here often, and it is a consistently great experience.
