كيف يقيّم النزلاء الفندق، جانبًا بجانب.
The location is fine, but despite instructions and repeated requests I had to keep following up. I asked for an extra bed and ended up with a thin mattress on the floor. The receptionist was very arrogant, didn’t even listen, and had no knowledge of the city or willingness to help. The breakfast menu was very limited and the bakery items were stale.

The service and location are good, yet the overall experience was just okay.
