“Neozbiljno”

The location was good, but the lock didn’t work, staff entered our room without permission, it was too small for two people, we were given a room that doesn’t exist in the photos, and the air‑conditioner was broken.

The dog was nice, but absolutely avoid this place. Read everything. The experience was terrible and negative. If you want a quiet stay, a private bathroom, and at least some courtesy, this is probably not the right spot. I had contacted the host beforehand to ask if it would be possible to leave my luggage at the property an hour before check‑in. Response? None. The reception, by the way, is only open during certain hours, so you would expect at least a minimum of communication with guests. We arrive and discover the first surprise: the double room with private bathroom we had booked no longer has a usable bathroom. The explanation given by the man who welcomed us was that, that very morning, “other guests had broken the toilet.” What luck, right? Exactly on the day of our arrival. The proposed solution was simply to use the shared hallway bathroom, since all other rooms were occupied. Naturally, no one bothered to inform us before we got there. Why would anyone give a guest the chance to find out that what they booked isn’t what they’ll get? As soon as we opened the door, the second surprise arrived: a strong sewage smell coming from the bathroom. We pointed it out, and instead of an apology or a solution, we were told in a snide tone that “it didn’t smell” and that if we didn’t like it, we could change hotels. In short, the annoyed person was the one who was upset. We were also told we had to decide immediately, because we shouldn’t waste his time. A small detail: it was about 18:00. After arriving in a city, reaching the hotel, and discovering that the private bathroom you paid for is unusable, one can simply pack and magically find another free room.

“Prijatno iznenadjenje:)”

We were nervous after reading other reviews, but we had a completely different experience. The host was friendly, the place was clean, and we got exactly the room shown in the pictures. They cleaned daily, took out the trash each day, put fresh paper towels, and cleaned the bathroom and room. We were never bothered to knock or be called at the door for cleaning; they did it after we left the apartment. Everything was fine. The location was great. Nearby were markets with good prices, restaurants with excellent food, and a bakery that really had fresh products. We were happy with the stay because we had everything we needed for a 7‑day visit. The only complaint was the fixed shower, but we got used to it quickly; it wasn’t a problem. The street noise at night is unrelated to the apartment, just because of the traffic. Regarding the climate, we didn’t need it because we kept the terrace open all the time and it was fresh and nice. No special criticisms. We are satisfied with the stay and with Nicom overall. :) Thanks! We love Nice! ❤️

Hotel located near train station so easy access to main tram line around Nice as always like to stay around there. Stayed in room no 11 which was small for some reason had a block of blue lockers in room ?? There was no toilet paper provided in room .paint off the wall ,But the worse thing was I like others who have stayed must have been bitten by bed bugs had some bites on arm.The lift is very small
