It is in a secure area and we had stayed there before. That it was so far away from the university hospital. They never cleaned my room not one time that I stayed there for the seven day stay. I would leave at seven in the morning and not get back until 10 or 11 at night as I was with my mom at the University Hospital

The reception was very nice and the location was good. Breakfast: the waffle batter was watered down, orange juice was missing, coffee tasted bad, the toaster was broken, the air‑conditioning couldn’t be adjusted, it was too loud, and the mattress was broken.

The same price offers higher‑standard accommodations elsewhere in SLC, so I’d prefer those instead.

The parking lots and entrance feature large gates, and you can only enter with the hotel keycard, which makes me feel a bit safer. In the evenings, it’s better to stay indoors because homeless people sit or sleep on the sidewalks; never leave valuables in the car—if you can’t see them on the seats, stash them in the trunk instead.

The bed was very comfortable, and the hotel is close to the city center so everything is walkable. However, several itinerants nearby mean you don’t feel safe walking back at night.
