The room size was very good, the bed and pillows were comfortable, and the breakfast was average. São Paulo was very cold and rainy during all three days of my stay, and the room had no heater, so I was very chilly; even the two blankets I asked for at reception couldn't keep me warm. The room temperature stayed at 20° the whole time.

The apartment was a good size and the mattress was comfortable. There was a step in the bathroom and the door needed maintenance.
