The rooms were huge and spotless, which was a big plus. The shower, however, leaks a bit because the shut‑off isn’t tight, but the water pressure is great. Overall, a clean and spacious stay with a minor flaw.

The bedrooms are modern and roomy, and parking is right outside the front gate. A short walk takes you to the beach, and the air‑conditioning and washer are handy. The place could use a bit more soundproofing, a kitchen upgrade, and the price jumps in peak season.

Loved the location—just a quick stroll to Ksamil’s beaches, restaurants, and shops. Everything was clean and comfortable, and I didn’t find any downsides.
