Only the breakfast was acceptable; the structure was dirty, the room and bed were uncomfortable, the sound system didn’t work, the staff were unwelcoming, and the massage was poor—25 minutes for only 15.

My brother stayed at this hotel and really liked it. The place is very clean and well‑maintained, and from the first moment he appreciated the great courtesy and welcome from the staff, who were always kind and helpful. Breakfast was plentiful with a good range of sweet and savory options. The hotel restaurant was also a highlight; after dining several evenings there, he found the dishes tasty and well‑made. The location is definitely a strong point: the hotel is very close to the Fiuggi Thermal Baths, which can be reached comfortably on foot, making it especially convenient for those coming to Fiuggi for a relaxing wellness stay. Overall, a positive experience in every respect. We highly recommend it and will definitely return!

The staff were very helpful; we had a problem with the car and they quickly resolved it. Their kindness is not always taken for granted.
