Sleep Inn & Suites Verona - Madison Southwest

The breakfast was quite adequate, but the rooms were small, only one chair and it sat very close to the bed. I needed two chairs for a comfortable stay.

“good clean and comfortable room, service very poor, no one at the desk to address problems”

The room was clean and the pool was nice, yet the breakfast was very disappointing: the food was okay but they ran out of eggs and were low on other items, and nobody at the desk or elsewhere replenished the eggs for a long time. I eventually gave up and ate what was left. I also couldn't get the shower to work because the knob was stuck; I rang the bell several times at the desk, but no one came, so I left without showering.

“Great value, would definitely stay at Sleep Inn again”

The place was very clean, comfortable, offered a wonderful breakfast, and the staff were friendly.

The location was ideal for everything we wanted to do.

The location, space, and facilities were good, but the housekeeping didn't clean the room for the first two days and the price was very high.
