First off, the shop is very close to the city wall and the subway station. After getting off at Wulou Road Subway Station, it takes less than 5 minutes on foot to reach the hotel. I found the entrance easily and the check‑in was exceptionally fast. The staff took the time to explain everything about the hotel in detail. The hotel also has a bar, and they personally escorted me to my room. They give every guest a free tasting voucher for the bar each day, which lets you randomly get a glass of craft beer costing about 30 RMB. For this voucher you just ask the front desk staff. It’s very convenient for travel and transport. In addition, there’s a blackboard at the front desk dedicated to Xi’an travel guides, recommending attractions and destinations, which saves me a lot of trouble.

“Good spot”

The location is convenient and the staff are lovely; cheap drinks are available in the fridge at reception and the bed is comfortable, but the bathroom needs some upkeep and the shower is obnoxiously loud.

“Vriendelijk personeel helaas zijn de kamers vuil en vochtig”

The staff were friendly and the spot is great, but the breakfast was a letdown and the rooms felt damp. The bathrooms were a mess too. I was hoping for a better start to the day.

The service was great, they helped me book everything, and Luca was awesome. The bathroom was on the floor though, which was a bit odd.
