“Absolutely do not recommend at all.”
There wasn’t much except that it was easy to drive to. When we arrived, we felt uneasy immediately; it looked nothing like the website photos, and no kind staff welcomed us. It felt like a forgotten hotel, with a homeless camp behind the location. We checked into what we thought was a two‑night stay, but the room was dirty and unclean. We found bodily stains on the boxsprings, the bathroom was disgusting with spiders everywhere, a rusted mirror, and old lights. The room felt more like a prison cell. In the morning we looked for ice; the machine was broken and the front desk said there were none elsewhere. Later that afternoon I got a call that we had luggage in the room. I explained we should, and they said we only booked one night. I told them I had changed it the Thursday before, but they said it didn’t take. I asked to extend the stay; they told me to do it through the website, but the reservation was still open. They offered to put another $100 on my card to hold it for when I returned. When I got back, they told me the room was booked by someone else and there were no other rooms. We had to pack up and leave. It was the worst experience I’ve ever had at a hotel; the staff laughed at me when I asked for corporate info, and when I asked for a receipt, they gave me one with $0.00 for fees or costs for the night.
