Unfortunately, our experience was marred by unfriendly and impolite reception staff, and a room that was stuffy and uncomfortable. It's a shame, because the hotel had a lot of potential.

The hotel's location was great, right in the heart of things, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. However, the room was a bit cramped and lacking in amenities.

“The place is good but the but room I got not the room the staff went to give me… the $24”

I was really looking forward to staying in a Deluxe Double Room Balcony, but what I got was a room that didn't quite match up. The price was right, at $24 per night, but the staff seemed to be playing a game of semantics when it came to the room type. I'm still not sure if it was a case of miscommunication or just a simple mistake.

The only downside to my stay was the lack of a hairdryer in the room. It's a small thing, but it would've been nice to have that extra convenience.
