“It was an okay stay and inexpensive compared to others. It can be noisy, and mattress had stains.”

The hotel’s proximity to the amphitheater was a real plus, and I found plenty of restaurants, gas stations, parking spots, and open space nearby. It was roughly a 45‑minute drive to downtown Chicago. I appreciated the mirror in the room that let me adjust the lighting. However, the rooms had a damp, musty smell and the beds were stained; waterproof mattress protectors would have helped. The walls felt thin, so I could hear a lot of noise from adjacent rooms, which made it hard to sleep.

Getting there was a breeze from the highway, and the décor was nice. On the downside, there was no elevator, and while the lobby was being painted, there were no signs indicating it was open, so checking in was a bit tricky.

“Was not able to stay due to deposit”

Nothing rude customer service and they ask for a deposit of 100.00 so i could not stay on the property they coded it as a no show to keep my money. Nothing they are disrespectful

The walls are very thin; I could hear every conversation in the neighboring room.

“Don't go to this super 8”

The room and bathroom were fine, but the treatment I received was awful. As a truck driver, I had to wait until 12 am on the 5th to get a room. When I called, a young lady said they were going to give my room away. I explained I was running late from unloading and would arrive at 3/4 am, and I paid the tax. When I arrived, she told me I had to pay an extra $18.81 and a $100 hold. I understood the hold for the room, but my check‑out time should have been 4 pm, not 11 am that same day, which felt like a waste of money. The communication was poor and the concierge was bad.
