La camera si trova in centro al paese. Non mi è piaciuto il fatto di richiedere 25 euro per fare il check in, informazione arrivata dopo la prenotazione e il pagamento su booking

“Pésima”

Communication was terrible; everything was handled via WhatsApp and it felt like a robot was answering. Extra payments were not included in the description, and the strangest part was that you were forced to have a blue‑hatted person pick you up at the train station and then pay for that service. Fortunately we noticed the awful service early enough to cancel the reservation.

I stayed in this apartment the weekend of 18/19 and it was a negative experience. After booking I only received automated messages with confusing instructions and no direct contact. At check‑in I met a guy “with a blue cap 🧢” who asked me to fill out an online form and pay a 10 € deposit (never refunded), then tried to charge me another 25 € for a baseless excuse. The room also did not match the photos on Booking at all. Bottom line: read reviews before booking and especially avoid this place if you want a vacation without surprises and extra fees.

“Pésima experiencia”

The place is very pretty, comfortable, clean, and has a great location. The manager’s handling is terrible. First they send a message asking for your arrival time, stating a 3‑hour tolerance. After that time you’re charged a late fee. I arrived 1.5 hours as planned because I was on vacation. They tried to charge the late fee but then admitted it was less than their own rules. Finding the person was a disaster: no phone response, no one to call, etc. Then for key hand‑over they force you to leave a credit card, even though the entire reservation is made through Booking… no place asks for a physical card to leave as a guarantee. At checkout they started charging me over WhatsApp and I had no idea what or how much… nothing. And they threatened to file a complaint because I didn’t pay?? Even though everything was paid through Booking. While with the lady who gave me the keys I realized they were doing the same with two other people, trying to charge things that didn’t belong… a horrible experience.
