“Please manage more the number of guest in futur. Room one is only for 1 personne. And buy basic furniture closet.”

We booked a room for two adults and one child, but it only had a large single bed (120 cm – 48 inch) that was too small; it was far from clean, not horrible but annoying.

There was no carpet all the way installed, so it stuck up as you went down the steps; the shower had no head, no top sheet or blankets, and no extra blankets were provided; one room smelled like cat urine; parking was not available.

“Won't be back !!”

The bed was comfortable, but our room had no bedside table or lamp, while the other room had two bedside tables that lacked lightbulbs and the wastebasket hadn't been emptied; we had no idea we had to share a bathroom with four to five other rooms—very disappointing.

The property does not match its marketing; the bathroom is shared by several rooms and people, which fails to meet standards; towels and other items were not fit for purpose, though the bed was okay; there is no parking.

Nothing i. This is NOT suitable for guests. It is like a refugee accommodation shared bathroom unacceptable and shoes left outside room doors . not advertised correctly . I have never been so disappointed with a booking. we left straight away and didn’t stay we attended a wedding and had to drive 3 hours home because no available hotels in newbridge and surrounding areas total inconvenience to us on such an important day
