I thought the booking was fine, but the hotel messed up the checkout time. The reservation said check‑out at 23:59, so we chose this place because we were flying out at 23:30. At 12:00 the staff told us we had to pay for an extra day or leave, even though the reservation still showed the original time. We paid, and the platform said we were right and is looking into it, but the hotel itself was terrible—don’t rely on the times listed in your booking.

The main advantage of the Atlantis hotel is undeniably its prime location right in the middle of the iconic Talaat Harb boulevard, putting you in the heart of the city and giving you easy access to public transport, restaurants, cafés and city attractions, which is perfect for exploring on foot. The only thing that could use improvement is the included breakfast, which feels questionable given the room rate.
