“Black mold”
There was black mold in the bathroom. The reception claimed it was in all rooms in the hotel, and in all hotels in Busan. It took us one try to find another hotel without black mold. The lady sighed, rolled her eyes, and was clearly annoyed. I asked if there had been any safety testing to see if the mold is dangerous or not, and she answered honestly that there had been no testing. They offered us some of the money back, but we believe we should have gotten everything refunded because of the health risk, as well as wasting our time for having to find a new hotel.
