Everything was arranged and organized perfectly. I’ve been called a place, but this hotel is in the top three.

Breakfast was excellent and not crowded with guests. The staff are super efficient and genuinely happy with their work, clearly a result of a strong recruitment system—10/10. We hadn’t been to a hotel in two years because my mother was very ill, so we missed a few years. The staff remembered us and gave us a warm welcome back.

I’ve stayed here three times now and the location is spot‑on. The breakfast buffet has everything a modern spread should, and this visit I paid €25 for a parking spot at the hotel – not worth it, better to grab the weekly pass in the blue zone, the staff can explain that. The nearby restaurants cover all quality levels. When kids use the hallway as a “complaint zone” and run around screaming, smashing doors for hours, the hotel can’t expect parents to manage that; most guests are past that phase and don’t mind it. The management should address this with parents and set limits, but the accommodation itself remains just as appealing.

It is amazing to find a hotel in Italy of this quality. Most hotels in Italy I have been to are old, with old furniture, old lifts, old beds etc. This place is 100% brand new, beautifully done, ultra modern, right on the beach with roof terrace and infinity pool, staff who speak very good English and also other languages. Italy desperately needs thousands of these places!! Start building some more please!!. Everything was great. The only possible suggestion might be to have fly screens in the bedrooms so you can sleep with the balcony open at night and not have to worry about mosquitos. Having said that, the aircon was very good
