I appreciated the convenient transfer to the ski slope, but that was about it. The construction opposite the hotel was a nightmare, with noise from dawn till dusk. My room had dirty curtains with stains, and the overall decor was a bit worn out - a refresh would be in order. To top it off, the pool water was icy cold, making it hard to enjoy.

I was underwhelmed by my stay, particularly with the pool water being quite chilly. The saunas were frequently shut off, which ruined my chances of a relaxing steam session. The temperature in the wet sauna was a mere 46-60 degrees, which I found insufficient.

I was thoroughly impressed with this hotel's location - it was perfect! The hotel itself was lovely, with a fantastic spa area and delicious breakfasts. The transfer option to the lift was also very convenient.

I was thoroughly impressed with the hotel staff, who were always smiling and eager to help with any questions or concerns. Our room was ready for check-in earlier than expected, and everything was spotlessly clean and well-maintained. The spa and pool were fantastic, with no chlorine in sight.
